The purpose and basis of processing of personal data

In the claim must be specified the situation where the data subject object the processing of personal data. 

Right to Data Portability  

To the extent that the data subject has provided the data to the controller herself / himself, they have the right to transfer data from one system to another. Data subject has the right to receive personal data in a structured and commonly used format and the right to transmit those data to another controller within the limits and in accordance with data protection legislation.  

Right to Withdraw Consent
